Many of you have asked me of a good protein powder I would recommend, there are a couple of options I suggest to my clients.
If you prefer soy www.wholenectar.com has an organic soy protein that is Non GMO (Non Genetically Modified) and high quality protein with 16 grams of protein per scoop, it has a delicious taste. It is very affordable $49.00 for 46 servings.
If you are unable to have soy or whey Tiger Lily Raw Rice Protein is excellent, go to www.rawriceprotein.org. It is high quality, organically grown and enzymatically processed, raw sprouted, brown rice protein. It has 18 grams of protein for 2 TBL spoons, has a delicious creamy taste. It is easily absorbed making it perfect for those with digestive problems or even the young or old with more sensitive digestion. It is also hypoallergenic so great for those dealing with allergies like myself. No sugar, no cholesterol, no additives and it is also NON Genetically Modified (Non GMO). The price is very resonable $24.99 for 30 servings.
I do not have a suggestion on Whey protein as I am severly allergic to Whey so I have not had a chance to try any brand. If you have any suggestions please send them to consciouswellness@gmail.
