TERI’S FUN HOLIDAY RECIPES

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

1 cup Coffee Mate French Vanilla creamer

 

1 cup Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix by Libbey’s

2 to 2 1/2 cups of ice

Run machine on High for 60 to 90 seconds.  Note you may add a handful of purple cabbage and baby carrots for more nutrition.

Teri’s Cashew Cranberry Sauce
1 cup cranberries fresh uncooked

1/2 orange peeled (save other half for juice)

1/4 apple

7 pitted dates

1/4 cup cashews

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon agave nectar

Place switch on variable 1, as you move dial to variable 7 to 8 push ingredients into the blade with tamper stick wand. Pulse until puree’d

 

Peppermint Mocha Frappachino
2 cups Peppermint Mocha Coffee Mate creamer
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee

1/2 banana

A handful of baby carrots and purple cabbage if you desire

1 cup ice

Run machine on High for about 60 to 90 seconds.To make into an after dinner drink add 1/2 cup Bailey’s liqueur.

 

Chocolate Fondue

1 bag of Chocolate Covered Blueberry Acai’ berries.

 

1/4 cup of milk

Run machine on High while pushing berries into the blade with tamper stick wand.  Run until chocolate is melted.  Pour into a decorative bowel place strawberries, bananas and other fruits with it on a platter to dip into fondue.  You may also freeze fruit after you have dipped it into the fondue, simply place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

 

Turkey Noodle Soup

1 large carrot

1 celery stalk

1 roma tomatoe

1 garlic clove

1 handful of cabbage

1 green onion

A small slice of red bell pepper

3 cups of water or turkey broth hot.

1 TBLSP of soy sauce

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Run all ingredients on high until you see a nice rolling steam.

Change speed to variable 1, add left over cooked turkey and cooked grandmas noodles.  ENJOY!
