1 CELERY STALK

1 GREEN ONION

1 HANDFUL OF KALE

1/4 OF A CUCUMBER PEELED

1 SLICE OF GINGER ROOT

SQUEEZE IN THE JUICE OF ONE LEMON

1 TEASPOON LEMON PEPPER

1 TEASPOON OF SOY SAUCE

1 TEASPOON OF FLAX SEED

ONE SCOOP OF PROTEIN POWDER IF YOU WILL BE USING THIS AS ONE OF YOUR MEALS

1 CUP OF ICE

RUN MACHINE ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 90 SECONDS TO 2 MINUTES. ENJOY!
