Open to breathe in the true essence and energy of life force renewed. As the clouds melt away and life giving light from our sun radiates and regenerates, remember that you are a radiant being filled with all the life giving force of that sun. Commit today to shine your light and love on every human being you touch. Commit to birth a new way of being and seeing the beauty of people, animals and our dear mother earth. Send to all of them compassion, joy, peace to be AT peace. Let us all join together growing and nuturing our own spring seedlings of prosperity and peace for each individual and the planet herself. Let us plant the seeds in the spring of our own mind that bring a harvest of harmonious service to one another. I ask you to take time after you read this to sit quietly, go within the grounds of your own mind begin to clean out all of the old grudges, hurt, hate. Imagine it as a beautiful garden that you can plant the seeds of hope, joy, forgiveness, tolerance, compassion, and radiant love of life itself. Know that you are the caretaker of this organic bliss the flowering thoughts and emotions of your mind. Plant then and nuture only what brings you happiness and bliss creating harmony and peace throughout humanity. Ask yourself today, what service can you be to others, to our great mother earth. Ask yourself today what you can release, to open room for the flowering new world growing and living within. Live each day with the eyes of an innocent child open to beauty in every breath, then,again breathe ….and know that your commitment your dedication to do this affects us all. GOAL SETTING AND NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
As the new year approaches many of us will be making our New Year Resolutions. To help ensure that you commit and accomplish your goals for the year of 2010, we have included a few basic tips on goal setting.
1- Always write goals down. The mind will more appropriately seek what you desire if it is written down and you are able to review it frequently.
2-Make the language of your goal present tense as if it is happening now and in first person.
Example: I am eating alive and vibrant food daily. Day by Day the extra weight melts away. I enjoy excercise.
3- Avoid words like don’t, won’t, should’nt, could’nt, etc. Example: instead of saying I don’t eat sugar, replace it with: I avoid foods with sugar, and prefer alive and vibrant fresh fruits and vegtables.
4-Make goals attainable. Avoid overwhelm in the statement. Example I excercise 3 times a week or MORE for 20 minutes at a time or MORE.

TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS- NATURE’S SLIMMING-FAST PLAN
Use your Vita Mix machine or commercial blender to make a wonderful smoothie in the morning. You can include a tablespoon of Cacaou Raw Chocolate nibs. These are appetite suppressants as well as mood enhancers. They are also very powerful antioxidants. Also add a high quality protein powder.
For lunch eat a healthy balanced meal. Include lean protein.
In the evening use your Vita Mix Machine or commercial blender to make a wonderful veggie soup.
Drink good water take your body weight divide by 2 this is the number of ounces of water you will need. The water will wash away toxins and day by day the extra weight will wash away.
Your Body needs 18 to 22 grams of protein at each meal.
