TIPS FOR CANCER PREVENTION

THIS INFORMATION IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO REPLACE THE CARE OF A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU ARE SEEKING MEDICAL INFORMATION PLEASE CONSULT YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR.

I recommend that you read Dr. Patrick Quillin’s Book BEATING CANCER THROUGH NUTRITION, it is important for those with health problems particularly cancer to keep the PH of their body akaline.

An alkaline list is available on this site.

My recommendation is to make sure you are doing at least two whole food juices a day. Include many green leafy vegtables, purple berries and fruits they are great antioxidants and the nutrition will help the body replenish and repair itself. Make sure you are drinking enough good filtered water with lemon. Lemon is a great alkalizer. Apple cider vinegar is great as well you can make a tea with it in the morning instead of drinking coffee.

It is important that you take some time each day to quiet your mind. The meditation section of this site can give you helpful information with that practice. Remember to love your body tell it outloud and in your self talk as well. I have created CD’s that are helpful to you for reconditioning any negative self talk and reminding your body to heal itself. You may purchase these in the products section of this website. Be kind and gentle with yourself, listen to what your body needs.
